The 17-minute video, "Serving Those Who Served", was produced by the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) in collaboration with the state Division of Veteran's Affairs, the state Department of Labor, the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare Network Upstate New York, NY/NJ Veterans Healthcare Network, and Veterans Benefits Administration. The video includes an overview of just some of the benefits including health care, service and non-service connected disability compensation, educational support, and employment assistance, available through various state and federal programs. Veterans will also learn how and where they can receive free assistance in obtaining these benefits.
